Conjugation of Verbs Tener and Poder

Conjugation of Verbs Tener and Poder

In this video, you will learn the conjugation of the verbs tener and poder.  Both of these verbs are irregular verbs. Learning the conjugation of verbs in Spanish can be a daunting task especially the irregular verbs.  Tener means to have and poder means can or be able to.

Also, keep in mind that in Latin America, we don’t use the personal pronoun “vosotros”; instead, we use “ustedes”.

Debe tenerse en cuenta que en América, en Canarias y en parte de Andalucía, no se usa el pronombre personal vosotros para la segunda persona del plural. En su lugar se emplea ustedes, que en esas zonas sirve tanto de tratamiento de confianza como de respeto.
