Vallenato y changua
In our vlog number 3, we are going to a festival de Vallenato. If this type of music is new to you then you are in for a treat. We are also going to be making a very typical dish from Bogota called changua. It is a super easy recipe that you can make at home.
Festival de Vallenato
We have been really excited to go to this festival. Because of the pandemic, it has been postponed for several months. Technically the festival de Vallenato took place online. What we got to see was some of the previous winners melting our faces with their amazing accordion skills.
This recipe is a hit or a miss with most people. It is just one of those things that you either love or hate. We love it and best of all it is really easy to make. It might be hard to believe that eggs, water, milk, and salt can taste great but trust us it just does.
Join us for our vlog #3 and listen to the sounds of the festival de Vallenato and see if you are ready for the mighty changua.
