¡Nos perdimos en Colombia!

In this Spanish listening activity, we are going to tell you about our trip to Lake Guatavita in Colombia. Most of this video will be in Spanish and there will be two quizzes one in the middle and one towards the end of the video.

If you have never heard of Lake Guatavita it is the place where many years ago the chief of a village would cover himself in gold and jump into the lake as part of a ceremony. This is thought to be the basis for the legend of El Dorado.

We wanted to see this lake for ourselves and it was a long journey to do so with ups, downs, and surprises. Enjoy the video and also let you know how your Spanish listening comprehension is and how you did on the quizzes.
